You've finally made the decision and are going to buy an Apple Laptop! All the hype and hyperbole, as well as the beautiful look of that desktop has gotten to you. Oh and lets not discuss the huge disappointment with Vista. But I digress..

Understanding Apples
Apple has done an incredible job of squeezing a lot of power and features into their notebook/laptop line. Their displays are beautiful with high resolution screens with glossy glass LCD's to make it very shiny, and we all love shiny. Cameras, great sound, lots of connections and they now come with an Intel processor and plenty of memory so the user experience is the best you can find in any computer, laptop or not. The processor chip is branded as a little newer design amount however it and the GPU are most likely the similar pace as the 3GS. The old Contact using the similar CPU and GPU as the 3G was quicker. Apart from having the clock pace turned up greater the Touch has much less software programs to run since it is not a phone. It should do better than any iPhone to day in performance.
